To join SJX Mystery Night, a $10 ticket deposit is required.

Your ticket deposit will:

✔ Be credited toward any purchase made during the event

OR

✔ Be fully refunded if no purchase is made

Refunds are processed after the event.

Jewellery, mystery boxes, and special offers will be revealed throughout the live.

3. Bid in Real Time

Starting bids from $5, $10, and $20 depending on item

Place bids in TikTok Live comments

Highest valid bid wins

4. Win & Confirm

Winners are announced during the live.

5. Complete Payment

💲All winning bids must be paid within

7 days after the event ends

Bidding takes place live via TikTok comments

Minimum bid increments via $1 amounts

Highest valid bid at the end of the bidding period wins

SJX reserves the right to confirm final bid validity in case of disputes or delays

 

💳 Payment Terms

💲All purchases must be paid within 7 days of the event ending

Unpaid orders after 7 days may be cancelled and the item reoffered or relisted

If no contact is received within 7 days after the event, SJX reserves the right to retain the deposit 

Repeated non-payment may result in restriction from future SJX live events

Shipping is additional unless otherwise stated during the liveOrders are shipped once full payment is received
