We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To request a return for a damaged or incorrect item, contact us at sjxcollections@hotmail com with a photo of the item. Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund to your original payment method.
If your return is accepted, we will provide a return label and instructions. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
Please note, we do not accept returns for change of mind or used products.
